Choices

Career Development:  Want to learn another career, or take classes to advance in the ambulance industry, this program is for you.  You choose whether to participate.

 

Dependent Care Fund:  Participation is voluntary.  You decide.

 

Health Care Fund:  Participation is voluntary.  You decide.

 

Medical Insurance:  If you have coverage through a spouse, you can opt out of the plan and we will pay you a stipend in lieu of coverage.

 

Paid Time Off:  You choose whether to use your PTO hours for vacation, sick time or personal reasons. As an example, we have eliminated the common practice of calling in sick when you are actually taking time off to care for a sick child.  You control how you use your PTO hours.

 

Retirement:  You can take up to 3% of the retirement benefit as cash salary if you wish.  Your choice.

 

403b Retirement Plan:  Participation is voluntary.  You decide.
