HVA's Camp 911 program will host camps in 4 locations this summer:

Ypsilanti - June 12 & 13
Chelsea - June 16 & 17
Saline - June 23 & 24

Belleville - July 10 & 11

Plymouth - July 17 & 18

Lyon Township - Aug. 11 & 12
Ann Arbor - Aug. 20 & 21


At Camp 911, campers ages 8 to 12 explore many areas of EMS including:
 

  • learning CPR and first aid

     

  • viewing paramedic skills

     

  • visiting fire stations and hospital emergency departments

 

Guest speakers often include police officers from K-9 units, marine units, and bomb squads.
 

HVA offers these 2-day programs free of charge thanks to the generosity of sponsors such as the Chelsea Milling Company and Wal-Mart. Additional community businesses donate lunches and prizes for our campers.
