To Join EMSPlus or Renew Your Membership

You can join EMSPlus  or renew your membership at anytime during the year and your membership will run until the same date the following year. Memberships must be renewed annually for you to remain covered.

To join or renew your membership:

• Call us at 1-888-463-PLUS (7587)  to request an application be sent to you by mail. Complete the application and mail it back with your check or credit card information.

          OR

Once you are a member, you will receive renewal information in the mail every year.
