FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions:

Why did I receive a bill when I have insurance?
Most likely, your insurance information was not obtained at the time of service by our medics.  Although you may have given you insurance information to the clerk at the hospital, our medics were not able to obtain this information before leaving the premises.  Please fill out the area provided for insurance information on the back of the bill you receive and mail it back to us.  We will bill your insurance when we receive it.
